- Combine heavy whipping cream and milk together
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with your sweetener.
- Pour everything together and mix, adding in the vanilla and sea salt. Keep mixture cold ass possible.
- Churn on low speed in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. You will churn ice cream for about 15-20 minutes or until the mixture is thick.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours to set fully.
