Ingredients
  

  • Vodka
  • Vanilla beans

Equipment

  • Funnel
  • Glass bottles
  • Twine and Tags If giving as gifts

Method
 

  1. Slice beans length wise.
  2. Add 4-5 to each bottle.
  3. Pour vodka to completely cover.
  4. Shake and let sit in a cool dark place, turning every week or two.

Your vanilla will be fully steeped in 6 weeks!
