As a mom, I can tell you I am always trying to find ways to naturally boost my family’s immune system!  I have recently found that my Immune-boosting gummies have become an easy and simple way to provide daily wellness for my kids!  These immune support gummies are a recent popular way to support immune health in a convenient and tasty form.

  • When you make your own gummy vitamins, you can choose the best-quality ingredients, such as organic or non-GMO supplements. This ensures that you are avoiding fillers, additives, and synthetic ingredients that might be present in commercial gummies.  
  • Homemade gummies can be made with whole-food sources like black elderberry syrup, fresh citrus juice, zinc citrate, or herbs from your garden, ensuring the highest nutrient content.  I love using orange juice as it provides a great flavor and extra amount of calcium.  You really can’t go wrong with adding in citrus fruits.

  • Everyone’s immune system is different, and certain nutrients might be more beneficial depending on your health status or lifestyle.   • Although it might seem like making gummies would be time-consuming, the process is actually quite simple and takes minimal time compared to running to the store or ordering pre-made gummies.  My recipe is so simple, and you can make a large batch all at once!
  • Once you’ve got the recipe down, you can make a batch in under an hour, and they’ll last for weeks in the fridge. HERE are my favorite supplies!

How to Make Your Own Immune-Boosting Gummies

Here’s my simple recipe for immune gummies:

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/4 c. Grass-Fed Gelatin Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Camu powder for extra vitamin C
  • 1c. Water

Instructions

  1. Measure out 1 cup of water in a liquid measuring cup, then sprinkle on the 1/4 cup gelatin and stir very thoroughly.
  2. Try to get as many gelatin lumps out as possible. Allow the water/gelatin mixture to sit while you heat up the orange juice.
  3. In a small-medium sized pot, heat up the 2 cups of orange juice over medium heat until warm to the touch, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the water/gelatin mixture into the warm orange juice, and stir until the mixture is smooth and the gelatin is dissolved.
  5. Pull from heat, and whisk in Camu powder until completely dissolved.
  6. Pour into 1/4 stainless steel cookie sheet (or you can also pour the mixture into an 8×8 baking dish, or a couple smaller glass dishes. )
  7. Place your dish in the refrigerator, and allow the mixture to cool for at least 2 hours for best results, or until firm enough to cut.
  8. Once firm, use a butter knife to loosen up the gummy mixture from the edges of the baking dish, then slice the gummies into your preferred size. Store an enclosed container in a dry place.

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 2 hours

Ingredients
