With over a decade of research and lived experience, I teach families how to make thoughtful, prioritized changes that support long-term health- reaching far beyond just less toxic products, and into how we nourish our bodies, structure our homes, and live our everyday lives, without fear-based messaging or all-or-nothing rules.
